What is Total COO
Total COO provides executive COO strategy and support for business owners. This allows businesses that otherwise could not afford an executive level operations person to partner with the business owner and build the path to achieve goals. Think of it as a tactical business coach. We become installed as your COO, helping to bring your visions and goals to reality. Total COO will work through your decisions with you, implement process and procedures, and coach your team to high performance. They will be step in step with you to move your business forward. All of this can be done on a part time basis, saving A TON of money!
Most small and medium sized businesses do not have the ability to hire an executive level person to run operations. The cost is just too high. But they definitely need that experience to move their business forward and enable them to focus on the most important role a business owner can have – growing the business. Operations Coaching and Mentoring
Total COO offers programs tailored to helping business operators grow their career. Or even to make a CEO a great Integrator. Operations is often a very lonely department in an organization. Every business is different, so there are not rules around operations that make sense for every business. You cannot learn how to run small business operations from a book or school. This is a hands on job.
We provide a community for business operators that they are unable to get anywhere else. We help solve problems our members are facing and we give insight into processes and techniques to create more efficiency in their business. Total COO knows that communication with business owners is often difficult and we work with operators on more effectively communicating with CEO’s and business founders.
