There is not a department in a company that Marc has not directly led. He has taken organizations that were losing money and turning them into double digit profit centers. He has personally managed 100’s of employees over the years, creating some of the finest operators around.
Why is all this important? Marc has seen it all, done it all and now is focussed on helping others succeed.
When asked about his greatest achievement in his career, the answer is always the same. “I have successfully coached and mentored people who have worked for me into roles that I could no longer fill, and they left to do bigger things”. Yes, at the core of Marc is the passion to grow people and the organizations that employ those people.
Operating a growing company can be about easy as changing the oil on a plane at 20,000 feet. Marc builds teams who change can change the engine, wash the windows and restock catering on the same plane and have fun.

Marc has been married for 25 years to his wife Lisa and has two daughters Sophie (23) and Piper (20). Sometimes Marc can be seen on stages across Austin, Texas playing with his band High Road.
