Total COO will work with the business owner to bring any action plans to life. Combining both strategy and execution to fully leverage the power of a COO. Included in this package is:

  • Weekly – 90 minute strategy sessions

    • Go step by step through the priority issues of the business to drive results.

  • Implementation plans – creation and delivery of plans

  • Phone, email and Zoom access to Marc

  • Conduct Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly meetings

Total COO Solopreneur package – starting at $1,750 per month

Structured to work with a one person shop. This package is designed to get the most out of your independent business:

  • 60 minute bi-weekly strategy sessions with CEO/Owner
  • 2 hours per week of tactical execution
